These balloons have been designed and selected specifically for their ability to glow when exposed to blacklight. They inflate to 11″ and come in a mixed bag of the following colors: green, blue, pink, yellow and orange! Please note that while these balloons are bight, and glow under blacklight, they will NOT glow in the dark.
